Wash the plums, clean the stalks.
Put the plums in 3/4 jars. Fill with water.
Remove the water from a pot. Add sugar, cinnamon powder and cloves and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, add the plums and leave until it changes color.
Add lemon juice (it is a good preservative) and put in jars.
The previously sterilized jars are placed on the blade of a knife.
Place the plums in jars, leaving 2-3 fingers room for the warm syrup. Add the syrup.
Close the jars with lids tightly.
Cover with beds and leave until cool or until the next day.
