Salad with eggs, cheese and green leaves


"Goodies for Christmas"
At least to serve breakfast easier if the rest of the meals are quite full !!!

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 slices of cheese [150 gr]
  • 2 hands mix young leaves for salads: arugula, valerian, beets, endives
  • 1 heart of lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with eggs, cheese and green leaves:


  1. Lettuce and leaves are washed and drained of excess liquid.

  2. Cut the lettuce into strips.

  3. Break the eggs in a small bowl [which can be used in the microwave] and bake for 2-3 minutes in the microwave.

  4. Drain eggs from the water in which they were prepared.

  5. Red onions are cleaned and chopped according to preference.

  6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.

  7. Cut the cheese into cubes. It looks nice, like croutons.

  8. Mix onion with oil, vinegar and salt.

  9. No need for pepper salad, arugula will give a spicy taste.

  10. Pepper is used only on eggs, if desired.

  11. Mix the onion with the tomatoes and the green leaves.

  12. Taste and salt / sour if needed.

  13. Sprinkle the cheese "croutons" on top.

  14. The last time you put them on.

  15. Salt and pepper the eggs.
