Grate the pumpkins on a large grater, sprinkle with salt and let them drain, then drain well.
We put the potatoes, parsnips, celery, onions on a small grater, we make the pasta with garlic, we chop the parsley and the thyme. We chopped the kaizer.
Drain the grated potatoes well.
We mix all the grated vegetables with eggs, we put 2 eggs for the beginning, but having many vegetables we put another one, we also put a few tablespoons of flour (5-6), to bind the composition and to be able to form the meatballs.
We wet our hands well with water, we take a sufficient amount of the obtained composition, we form meatball in the palm, round or flat, we put it well through the flour and we fry it in the pan with hot oil. Fry them well on both sides and then put them on a kitchen paper, drained.
The meatballs being ready, all we have to do is serve them, with tomatoes or yogurt and garlic sauce, they will be delicious !!!
