Tandoori flavored skewers
Turkey meat washed and cleaned of skins, I have left, we cut it into cubes not too big but not small, so we can put them on a skewer. We wash the mushrooms too, and if they are too big we cut them in half. We make a marinade of yogurt, lemon, oil, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, coriander seeds and cumin ground in mortar, salt, pepper, ginger powder, we mix them all and leave them in the fridge for a while until we prepare the skewers.
Turkey meat (we can use a different kind of tender meat: chicken, etc.) cut the pieces, put them on skewer sticks and alternate with pieces of mushrooms. When we have finished all the ones we have, we put the marinade we made over the skewers. We leave them in the fridge for a few hours, they can be left overnight, and then we fry them in a well-heated grill pan. Before putting them in the pan, shake them a little from the excess marinade. They even come out better grilled outdoors. You eat by licking your fingers.
