Peasant beef soup


Put the meat to boil in salted water. After a few boils, discard the water, wash the meat, and boil it again in clean water.

When the meat is well cooked (it starts to come off the bone), we take it out and let it cool so that we can remove the meat from the bone (if it is boneless, leave it in the pot).

We clean the celery, the parsnip and the carrot, we cut them into cubes and put them in the pot.

Let them boil for 10 minutes and add the onion, potato, peas and green beans.

When all the vegetables are almost cooked, add the bell pepper.

After they have boiled well, put the tomato paste and the peeled tomato and cut them into small cubes, let them boil for a few minutes and add the cabbage juice.

Let it boil for another 5 minutes, add salt, pepper, a few slices of hot pepper and take the pot off the heat and add the parsley and / or larch.

  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 pc. pastirnac
  • 1/2 tablespoon broth
  • 1/2 pc. celery
  • 2 pcs. potatoes
  • 2 pcs. tomatoes,
  • 2 l water,
  • salt,
  • parsley,
  • lovage
  • 1/2 l cabbage juice
  • 1 thread leek
  • 1 pc. parsley root

Wash the meat, cut into suitable pieces and place in a pot with water and salt, on the fire. When it starts to boil, remove the foam several times, until it no longer forms, then add a pinch of salt. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. When the meat and vegetables are almost cooked, add the rice, picked and washed. Tomatoes, peeled, symbolized and sliced, add a little more oil. In the absence of tomatoes, put the broth dissolved in a tablespoon. Let it boil for another 20 minutes. Separately, boil the cabbage juice in a bowl and, when it boils, pour it through a strainer into the soup pot. After the soup has boiled a few more times, add salt and sour cream, adding if necessary juice or lemon salt dissolved in water. When ready, add the finely chopped parsley and dill leaves.

How to prepare Beef soup - Transylvanian recipe

The veal broth is cleaned and boiled with water and salt in a suitable pot. During cooking, froth.

Meanwhile, clean and wash the onions, carrots, peppers, beans and potatoes. The vegetables are cut into large pieces and boiled together with the veal broth. Match with salt and pepper and continue to boil over medium heat.

Not many ingredients are as versatile and as convenient as the Beef budget. I couldn't begin to think about how many recipes I use, from sandwiches to casseroles, and everything in between. I also know that it is the most used meat in my freezer.

I always have a hamburger on hand and, thank God for that, otherwise this recipe would never have come to be.
