I couldn't resist not making gaby-gabytza's cake too; I don't know where I went wrong because it didn't turn out as I expected; maybe you'll tell me !!

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 1 sachet of cappuccino
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • esenta de rom

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cappuccino cake:

Rub the yolks well until a whitish cream results, add vanilla, cream cheese rubbed with oil and rum, egg whites foam then flour mixing with a spoon in light movements, set aside in a bowl 4 tablespoons and mix with cappuccino and cocoa dissolved in milk ; put in the tray greased and lined with flour the white composition, on top the composition with cocoa and with a fork mix lightly; leave in the oven for 30 minutes doing the test with the toothpick and after it has cooled powder with sugar.
