A soup cooked and carefully thought out for my little ones Maria -5 years old and Elena -3 years old. This soup falls into the category of quick and easy to prepare. I decided I wanted green bean soup. Be with sour cream. Because I had children invited to dinner, I gave up heavy smoking or other meat and used some chicken liver feeders. I put the livers aside in turn from a few chickens.

  • 50 ml oil

  • 1 small bunch of parsley

RECIPE PREPARATION Soup with green beans and chicken liver:

  9. In the hot oil, sauté the carrots, onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

  10. Add 3 liters of water. Sarati.

  11. After 10 minutes, try the carrot if it starts to soften when cooked.

  12. Add thawed green beans and oregano.

  13. Separately, dilute the cream with the hot juice and mix with the turmeric powder.

  14. Put the livers back in the soup.

  15. Incorporate sour cream into the soup over low heat.

  16. Garnish the soup with chopped greens [green onion and green parsley].

  17. Sour lightly with lemon juice. Easy piping.

  18. Taste and salt / sour if needed.

  19. For each serving, make sure it is on a plate with chicken liver.
