Heat all the milk. Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm milk, add the teaspoon of sugar and leave to rise for 5 minutes.
Put the flour in a bowl over which we add the mayonnaise (dissolved yeast) and the rest of the ingredients, except for 1 egg which we leave aside to grease the bread.
After we have finished kneading, let the dough rise for approx. 1 h.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 7 equal balls and another larger one that we will put in the middle.
We line a tray with baking paper in which we put the dough in the shape of a popcorn and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
After it has risen, beat the remaining egg and grease the bread.
Bake for approx. 40 minutes on the right heat.
10 minutes before it is ready ... take the bread out of the oven, grease it once more with an egg and put it back ... this time on a higher heat.
