Fasting chocolate cookies
It is a recipe from Laura Sava's blog ... It is consumed very quickly, because they are delicious! We prepared them before the end of the Easter fast and we were delighted!
- 200 gr margarine in the package
- 250 gr sugar
- 200 gr dark chocolate
- 60 gr nuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 300 gr flour
- 1 vanilla essence
- grated lemon peel
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fasting chocolate cookies:
Mix in a bowl the margarine with the sugar, with a spatula, until the sugar crystals melt a little.
Add the lemon essence and grated peel.
Incorporate flour and baking soda.
We chop the walnuts and put them in the bowl.
Cut the chocolate into small cubes and mix it well in the above composition.
We wrap the obtained composition in food foil and put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
We lined a tray with baking paper.
We break the pieces of dough, we form balls and we put them in the tray, with a little distance between them. We put them in the hot oven, at a suitable temperature.
Bake them for 10-15 minutes, no more because they brown too much and become too crispy.
When they are ready, take them out and let them cool.
We keep them in a box.
