I crumbled the polenta well with my fingers until it became small lumps. I beat the eggs with the cheese. I heated the oil together with the butter and then I put the polenta on the grill, pressing with a spatula like an omelette. and beaten eggs with cheese. I left for a while, about 7 minutes I think, then I turned on the other side. I used the Doubletta pan system where I cook almost anything. These are 2 stacked pans that have a fastening system makes you be able to turn the food in the other pan without anything flowing. I went back to the other pan and then I removed the pan from above. something non-stick.

When you turn, use a flat plate and put it on top and then turn the pan upside down. Finally, let's go back to our Cartartaul. take out nicely with a palette half or a quarter as much as you want and garnish on top with slices of smoked bacon and if you like it with lightly hardened capsicum. Concert, prolonged-release film-coated tablets

What is Concerta and what is it used for

Indications

Concerta is used to treat "attention deficit hyperkinetic disorder" (ADHD).

- It is used in children and adolescents aged between 6 and 18 years. - it is used only after treatments that do not involve the administration of drugs, such as counseling or behavioral therapy, have been tried.

Concerta is not used as a treatment for ADHD for children under 6 years of age or for initiating treatment in adults. When treatment is started at a younger age, it may be appropriate to continue taking Concerta into adulthood. Your doctor will advise you on this.

Concert improves the activity of certain parts of the brain that are less active. The drug can help improve attention (duration of attention), concentration and decrease impulsive behavior.

This medicine is given as part of a treatment program, which usually includes:

- psychological therapy - educational therapy - social therapy.

It is prescribed only by doctors with experience in behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. Although there is no treatment for ADHD, this condition can be controlled by using treatment programs.

Children and adolescents with ADHD find that it is:

- difficult to stay calm - difficult to concentrate.

It is not their fault that they cannot do these things.

Many children and adolescents strive to do these things. However, with ADHD, they can cause problems in everyday life. Children and adolescents with ADHD may have difficulty learning and doing homework. They find it difficult to behave nicely at home, at school or elsewhere.

ADHD does not affect the intelligence of a child or adolescent.

Administration method

You or your child should always take the Concerto exactly as your doctor has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

- Your doctor will usually start treatment with a small dose that will gradually increase, depending on the course of the disease. - The maximum daily dose is 54 mg. - You or your child must take the Concert once a day, every day, in the morning, with a glass of water. The tablet should be swallowed whole and not chewed, broken or crushed. The tablet can be taken with or without food.

The tablet does not dissolve completely after the entire amount of medicine has been released and sometimes the tablet coating may appear in the faeces. This is normal.

If you or your child do not feel better after one month of treatment

If you or your child forget to take the Concerto

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If you or your child miss a dose, wait until it is time to take the next dose.

If you or your child stop taking the Concert

If you suddenly stop taking it or your child suddenly stops taking this medicine, ADHD symptoms may recur or side effects such as depression may occur. Your doctor will want to gradually reduce the amount of medicine given each day before stopping treatment completely. Talk to your doctor before stopping taking Concerta.

If you have any further questions on the use of Concerta, please ask your doctor.

What your doctor will do during treatment

Your doctor will do some tests

- before you or your child start / start treatment - to make sure that Concerta is safe and effective. - after you or your child start / start treatment - the tests will be done at least every 6 months, but it is possible that these tests will be performed more frequently. These tests will also be performed when the dose is changed. these tests will include:

- checking appetite - measuring height and weight - measuring blood pressure and heart rate - checking for mood problems, mood or any other unusual feelings. Or if they worsened during the administration of Concerta.

Long-term treatment

The concert should not be taken for the rest of your life. If you or your child have been taking Concerto for more than a year, your doctor should stop treatment for a short time. This can be done during school holidays. This will show if the medicine is still needed.

Deci, in cazul tau, cu 27 de zile lungime a ciclului, ovulatia are loccam in ziua a 13-a (13 + 14 = 27). In aceasta situatie, zilele riscantesunt intre ziua a 8-a si ziua a 15-a (4-5 zile inainte de ovulatie si1-2 zile dupa ovulatie).

Careful! Trebuie sa iti urmaresti si sa iti notezi atent in continuarezilele in care iti vine menstruatia, si sa vezi cat dureaza cicluriletale menstruale.
