Today I had over avat at the table. Avat is a freshwater predatory fish, as the shape resembles carp but as meat it brings more to the pike. It has various popular names such as wolf-fish, boulean, gypsy-fish, volcanic or fish-with-seven-names.

Ingredient:

Marinade:

8 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons sea salt
4 cloves of freshly crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried / fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Golden Preparation:
1. Clean the fish and dry them with paper towels.
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Fill the fish belly with 1-2 tablespoons of marinade, then grease the fish completely with the remaining sauce. Add the pieces of goat cheese and lemon peel on top and serve everything with a fatty fish.

Grilled pineapple, an exotic garnish for fish

Ingredient:

- 1 peeled pineapple and cut lengthwise into 6 parts

- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Method of preparation: cut each long slice of pineapple into 6 parts, then stick them in a skewer stick, leaving little space between them. You will get 6 pineapple skewers.
